Bought this oven and while cooking Thanksgiving turkey, fuse blew up while using the broiler to brown it. So far $100 for service plus fuse costs. Oven looks nice and up to this point it has worked ok. but not too happy about this issue.

I bought this about 1 month ago to replace an 18 month old Amana oven which functioned terribly - taking 20-30 minutes to heat up with very poor temperature control. In contrast the new Whirlpool heats up in around 4-5 minutes and the temperature control and stability are excellent

I love this oven! It looks great but it is also a great oven. I do love that you cannot even hear the fan on the outside. It has also been very easy to learn the features and use those. I am glad we chose this oven.

Installed and started using the oven, everything, so far, has been cooked to perfection. Only thing we have used the convection for is the rapid preheat, which works well. Hope it last a long time.

I bought almost a month ago, Only problem so far is getting the trim adjusted to the width of the counter, It appeared this came with a kit that would help with filling that space, but have not found it or been able to order it from anyone, So I have about 1/2inch gap each side and it isn't bolted to cabinet, Other than that great product, it is larger inside than my old oven that caught fire, but smaller on outside. Good window, nice light and not noisy at all. Saw all the reviews about noisy and was expecting fan noise, but it is quite than all other appliances, such as refrigerator. Even when warming up, no noise problem at all.

This oven has worked as advertised. I purchased it to install it myself. The directions were straight forward and the installation went well. The oven provides even cooking and is easy to operate. Only word of caution is that I purchased the stainless oven and the "matching" microwave on line so I did not realize the oven has a dark grey display face while the microwave has a totally black display which is noticeable. Overall though, a great purchase.

We bought a new house recently, and this came with it. It took us a while to learn how to use it. We tried using it without reading the instructions, and that was a mistake. The oven is set into the wall kind of low, so me being a tall guy, I couldn't read the digital readout that tells you what to do next. I have to crouch down every time to see it. But now that we've had it for a few months, everything is good about it.

While we have only used the new oven a limited time, it has performed as advertised. We replaced a 12 year old Black faced Whirlpool that never failed us. It was just time to change over to stainless steel. Our positive experience with Whirlpool convinced us to stay the course. You may read that the fan is to loud and that may have been true in the past, but the fan in this new oven is so quiet I had to open the oven door to observe the fan to make sure it was actually working during roasting while in the convection oven cooking mode.
We purchased while on sale making this top of the line Whirlpool wall oven a great value ($1100.00) compared to other bands of the same model type.
No regrets.

We are having difficulty following the instructions. We think we are following them but end up resetting everything. This is especially true when we try to use the timer. We usually use a manual timer. It does a good job when we finally get it going.

This oven makes a very loud whining noise even when convection is not in use. The fan runs 100% of the time the oven is on and for about 10 minutes after you turn it off. I have never heard an oven this loud. The positive reviews are all from reviewers entering a sweepstakes. The oven is so loud you can't have a decent conversation in the kitchen while the oven is on. It also does weird temperature things like displays the temp as 400 but you adjust it to 410 without opening the oven and the temp display will drop down to 375. The temp is not reliable or consistent and i do not recommend this oven.

Purchased this oven after our 15 yr old Amana quit. No replacement parts available. Really like how big this oven is inside. It fit into the same cabinet, but has more cooking area. Haven't had to use the steam clean feature yet. The first spills just swept out! Very simple to operate.

We bought this oven to replace our original. The features and craftsmanship of this oven were far and away better than others in it's price group. It's easy to operate, cooks accurately and it a breeze to clean. We have not experienced any of the "loud noises" mentioned in other reviews - it's got a convection motor in it and the fan needs to circulate the air, so can only assume the people complaining never had a convection oven before. Love the three racks and the hidden heating element - that alone is worth the price. And most importantly, my wife's chocolate chip cookies are coming out perfectly every time!
